Exceedingly Rare 1945-54 Quaker Oats 8x10 Hockey Photo Giant Lot (27) - All Leafs
$495.00
Up for sale is a giant lot of 27 original, exceptionally rare 1945-1954 Quaker Oats premium hockey photos. This collection features exclusively Toronto Maple Leafs players from the franchise's legendary "Golden Era" dynasty, forming an incredible instant team collection or premium dealer inventory.
These historical black-and-white premium photos are printed on their original, condition-sensitive paper stock and measure a large 8" X 10". Because of their size and fragile nature, finding a team lot of this size in any condition is exceedingly rare.
Key Stars & Franchise Icons Included:
- Bill Barilko (Tragic defensive legend, scored the famous 1951 Cup-winning OT goal)
- Walter "Turk" Broda (Hall of Fame goaltending pioneer)
- Ted "Teeder" Kennedy (Hall of Fame captain, multi-Cup winner)
- Max Bentley (Hall of Fame superstar)
- Howie Meeker (Calder Trophy winner & legendary hockey broadcaster)
- Skaters & Goalies: Al Rollins, Jimmy Thomson, Wally Stanowski, Mel Hill, Dave Schriner, R.H. "Dick" Davidson, Gordon Bell, William Ezinicki, and more!
Condition Notes:
As is typical for these authentic mid-century premiums, some of the photos in this lot show various age-related flaws (such as pinholes, surface scuffs, or minor edge wear). However, many others in the pile remain quite nice with great crispness and clear imagery, as seen in the attached photos.
